You all may know I am not a cook. (I can hear my hubby saying it now, “that is an understatement”) I bid on an auction item to have a local chef come and prepare two dinners. She focuses on macrobiotic cooking. What the heck is that and will I like it? The recipes were so delicious! Even my kids ate the roasted cauliflower. Hmmm…how can I continue this eating healthy with the kids? I like to keep my recipes simple (when I see recipes with 10 plus ingredients my eyes glaze over!)
